At Pizzeria La Collina we are famous for our delicious crust and highest quality fresh ingredients. You will notice a difference with the first bite.
All the vegetables are fresh and hand cut. We make our meatballs in store and hand-roll them one by one.
In our pursuit to create the greatest tasting pizza we tested hundreds of batches of dough and by combining 3 different types of flour we discovered a winning crust recipe.
The end result is an amazingly delicious crust with a delicate balance of taste, crispiness, and chewiness.
The sauce is made from only the juiciest imported Italian tomatoes of the Napoli region. These unique tomatoes are grown in the sunny Mediterranean soil rich with minerals from the ashes of the famous Vesuvius volcano.
